To our valued patients,
I’m sure you are as excited as us about the news that we have managed to keep Covid-19 in check as a community. Although we have flattened the curve, we will continue to be vigilant.
We are happy to announce that Mosman Dental Centre will reopen on 28th April 2020 under the recommended Australian Dental Association level 2 guidelines. This means we will be able to carry out a broader range of treatment options for our patients which include:
Necessary restorative treatment under dental dam isolation
Root canal treatment
Fabrication and review of splints or dentures
Preventive based treatments and hygiene services with hand instrumentation (no polishing)
Please be rest assured that we will continue to upkeep the high standards of infection control as per the ADA guidelines. We have allocated more time for disinfection of common areas and surgeries, whilst also staggering appointments to prevent the overlap of patients in common areas.
We will endeavour to find a time for everyone who would like to see us, however, we are prioritising those who require emergency or time-sensitive care, and those who have had their appointments cancelled during the period of our temporary closure.
We request that you please inform us if you feel unwell, and it may be best to postpone your appointment to a later date if this is the case.
For those who have had their appointments cancelled, we will be in contact very shortly to schedule an appointment for you.
We are very grateful to be able to come back to work so quickly and do our part to help our patients. Thank you for your understanding and patience and we hope to see you soon!
